Catch Yourself Lying to Yourself
Ajahn Chah has an interesting passage.
“Keep watch over your minds, that’s the basic practice.”
What he means by that is,
“Try to catch yourself lying to yourself.”
Don't Get Discouraged
Modern educational systems are not very good at developing what we are not skilled at. Spiritually inclined systems develop skills at what we are not good at.
Meditation is one of those skills.
